Today there are some three hundred houses, over one thousand inhabitants, a splen- did new brick school building, water system now being built, all material being on the ground. It is much hanier to Casper’s business district than many of the outlying suburbs of Casper. Not only that, but it imme- diately adjoins the Midwest Standard Refinery and also corners with the New Western Pipe Line plant. It. also lies directly South of and immediately adjoins the Producers & Refiners New Absorption plant which is now under course of construction. This plant, when completed, will be the largest of its kind in the United — States. To the North and West of Mills there are many good locations for other industries, being accessible to. the Burlington and North Westen Railroads. Being within a stone’s throw, almost, of two of the largest indus- tries of the United States of their kind, there are no greater investment possibilities before the public today.
