A voile dress should never be stinted in material, because it takes on a stingy look that can never be overcome by any amount of trimming. Lace used with it must blend both in texture and in color, and tucks, like -embroidery, must be as dainty as needle skill can make them. bo The panel effect of the skirt makes it unusually attractive and 4s such that it may be used effec- tively with another type of blouse. This blouse, hfvever, has much in its fayor. The tucks on the shoul- der give desirable fulness. The youthfulness of the sleeves and meck Ine adds much to the sum- meriness of the frock itself.
