Hearing on the action was originally set for April $4, but the hearing was moved up when Judge Brown reconvened the spring term of court here today. Other cases which were heard to- fay, in which temporary injunctions were granted on ‘the application of the county attorney, closed several houses here which are said to have permitted prostitution, gambling and other forms of law violations. Evidence which resulted in closing the places was introduced by state, federal and sheriff's office representa- | tives.
