Tarrant is the basis of a $50,000 damage suit filed against the young man by Miss Dorothy F. Kinder. Tar- rarit is the son of the head of the Rob- Jert Tarrant company. According to Miss Kinder’s attorney the accident necessitated the amputation of her leg. — NOTICE.
