COMES EXPENSELESS and COST FREE to ROLLER and YOU The road is plain before me now. ‘ The usual hazards of an oil enterprise are lacking in this project. I have signed the checks fer our first cash disbursement, and they are in the mail. The success of the Roller Oil & Refining Company is assured. The reasons for my confident predictions regarding the company bearing my name are all boiled down into easily understandable tabloid dimensions in the caption at the head of this page. Every eighth barrel of oil comes cost-free and ex- penseless to Roller and you. The roundation—the basis—the underlying fundamen- tal asset of this enterprise is royalty interests in proven and producing oil lands. An oil royalty is that premium or rental or bonus or royalty or proportion of production that leasing and op- erating companies pay to the owners of land upon which* wells are drilled. For example—I own a 54-acre farm in the heart of the Mexia oil field. This land is leased to the Atlantic Oil & Producing Company and every eighth barrel of oil produced by the Atlantic people from the Roller farm is now and forever and must be delivered to the pipeline company without cost or expense to the royalty holder. The third largest oi) well ever drilled in the Mexia field is on the Roller farm. It came in with a flush pro- duction of 24,000 barrels a day, and since the day of its completion—now as these lines are written—and just so long as it flows its amber treasure, one-eighth of its yield will pile up to the credit of the Roller Oil & Refining Company to be paid out in the form of cash distributions among stockholders, and for such purposes as may be deemed best in furthering the future interests and safe- guarding our earnings for the stockholders of this com- pany. This means every new royalty secured, every acreage area in locations sanctioned by some of the best geologi- cal brains of the country that is procurable at a price that will in the opinion of the Roller‘Company be of fu- ture inestimable wealth for our shareholders and our- selves. Such matters will be considered with the same careful deliberations that have made H. C. Roller’s past operations so successful. The feature of likely acreage with the semi-specula- tive appeal to the pocketbook for fabulous possibilities will not be lacking in our holdings. The foresight of this, stockholders can readily recog- nize. It will not limit our possibilities, and puts us in the position to compete on a far-reaching basis, and in all likelihood eventually lead us into the class of the Hum- ble, the Sun, the Atlantic, Texas and other large com- panies. Sometimes the Standard Oil subsidiary companies ‘are as large as the parent in proven sections, and we aim to rank with the greatest of the independent operators. This to increase our most safe income from present royalties. Our plan, our holdings, our newly acquired properties hold potential possibilities for our stockholders and our- selves that are amazing in their magnitude, as well after well on our own properties and the successful wells of the “big fellows” prove our acreage and magnify our prospects so many fold. As stockholders already on our books, or to you to whom this comes as a new channel for capitalized hope, heed well what this may mean to you. This may be your horn of plenty that is heralding the good news that you may identify yourself with this wondrous growing company —already ributing dividends. Since No. 1 came in a gusher, with an initial flow of 24,000 barrels, several more big wells have been completed on this tract. ‘These wells and all the other wells now drilling or to be drilled on this and the other acreage on which the Roller Oil & Refining Company have royalty interests, must and will pay their royalty tribute to me and my associates in the Roller Oi] & Refining Company. I want you to avail yourself—protect yourself and join me in this enterprise—because I am convinced in my heart that an investment with me will pay you substantial dividends for years to come. Detailed descriptions of all tracts and royalties follow: Authentic map, showing location of the three Roller tracts. The center tract is the rors Seonone procacing Roller farm, in which we own a full one-eighth royalty. upper tract is now being drilled upon. We own one-half the full royalty, or one-sixteenth of all oil fa this tract. The lower tract is of 57 acres, and we own full one- @ghth royalty. < 4 Fortunes -will’be spent by others to safeguard your investment. ~ The Atlantic Oil & Producing Company expect to spend upward of a quarter of a miliion dollars in drilling to maximum production the 54 acres in the Roller home farm. Every eighth barrel of oil they produce comes cost-free and ex- penseless to the Roller Oil & Refining Company—that’s the proposition. They drill and develop—we reap the rich royalty. The Shafer interests have leased the Roller Oil & Refining Com- pany’s 66-acre tract in the Fish Pond area of the Mexia field. Every acre on this farm is considered a hundred per cent proven and is regarded as certain to yield gusher production. Since our 66-acre Mexia Fish Pond lease was acquired by the rich Shafer interests, Mr. Shafer is reported to have refused a flat offer of $20,000 per acre for this drilling lease. It is staggering in its proportions and unlimited in its potential value. This is apparently a justified refusal to sell at any prce, when it is considered that the Atlantic Oil & Producing Company now drilling our 54-acre tract paid— One million, one hundred and tweniy-five thousand dollars cash, for the drilling rights on that piece, we retaining our full one-eighth roy- any on this immensely productive tract for our stockholders and our- selves. No wonder Mr. Shafer would rather drill our 66-acre tract than sell outright to others. He also, no doubt, sees its wonderful possibilities for wealth. No wonder we are sending checks to shareholders. Py ee ee WL No wonder we are receiving wire after wire reserving blocks of stock, on the mere announcement that we owned these royalty rights and that our first disbursement of 5 per cent was paid March 20th and is distributed, As these lines are written one well is plunging payward on this 66-acre farm and the lease obligation demands that this piece be drilled to production capacity. A full half of the royalty interest in this tract isowned by the Roller Oil & Refining Company. Seven new well sites have been selected with the usual care exer- cised by the Shafer people, and before many days our income should be mate increased by the addition of royalty tribute from a gusher on this tract. I say income, and that means checks for our shareholders, because— This company was formed for the purpose of paying profits to share- holders, and income means profits. Be among those securing disbursements—use your judgment—use your pen—use the wires—but be among them—become one of us for greater wealth and greater prospects—both seem unlimited. Ever Increasing Dividends The Roller home farm—full one-eighth royalty—54 acres. The Roller farm in the Mexia Fish Pond—a full half royalty inter- est, or 1-16 of the production—66 acres. Our Mexia 57 acres in the southwestern part of the field, full one- eighth royalty complete. , The big Humble company own this lease and it should mean upon completion another flood of cost-free, expenseless income for sharehold- ers of the Roller Oil & Refining Company. The big Stroud well and the map may help you to identify this sector. Up in the Currie-Wortham sector of the Mexia field where activity is now red hot, the Roller Oil & Refining Company have a full seven- eighths lease on 30 acres. This acreage is in the vicinity of the Humph- reys Cole Well No. 1, just in this last week, with a reported initial flow of 3,500 barrels. We are so close to this well that fast action in this section of our own property may be a further event to be announced in the near future. Caution bids us delay-in leasing these 30 acres for drilling; as history repeats, fortunes are made overnight, and by judicious arrangements on this piece we may be in a position to give authentic news for our stock- holders that will be much appreciated in some of the future checks. It is most always the royalty companies who pay the most steady and secure dividends. It is only the most successful of the royalty companies that pay big dividends, and right from the start. Such is the standing of the Roller Oil & Refining Company. A month old—our first distribution made. I am playing royalty interests for safety and income and big divi- dends for my stockholders. In these dividends I want you to share. I want you to join me in what I believe is the safest, soundest, clean- est, surest cash-paying project offered mankind today. Will you?
