Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Cas- per, Wyoming: Section 1. That the principal and semi-annual interest of the cer- tain sewer bonds issued by the City of Casper, Wyoming, dated July 1, 1917, in the sum of One Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,- 000), consisting of One Hundred and Forty (140) of such bonds, each in the principal sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), and numbered from 1 to 140, both in- clusive, and becoming due and pays able twenty years after their date, but redeemable at the option of the said City of Casper, Wyoming, at any time after ten years after their date, both principal and interest of said bonds being payable at the of- fice of the City Treasurer in the said City of Casper, Wyoming, and bearing interest at the rate of five per centum per annum, payable semi-annually, all as provided in ordinance Number 29A, passed and approved by the Mayor and City Council of said City of Casper, Wyoming, on September 10, 1917, shall in lieu of being payable at the office of the City Treasurer in said City of Casper, Wyoming, be pay- able at the National Park Bank, in New York City, at the times, re- spectively, when said principal and said semi-annual interest shall from time to time be due and payable, as in and by said ordinance Num- ber 29A_ provided.
