TO INSIST UPON _ FrIVALAY KEEN FOREIGN LOAN DETAIL, AMINSFOR Government Would sues Offered Here, Requests Banks to Furnish Information WASHINGTON, March 3.—Notice was issued today by the state department that the government expects American bankers to advise it fully of the details of the foreign loans with other governments or municipalities abroad before ne- gotiations of such loans are concluded. Every elemen- tary school in the state of Wyoming ebuld enter eligibles in the contest. Every Casper ward school entered the contest and local school officers picked threo essays to enter in the state contest. Out of the three es- soys submitted Casper took first and second place through the respective efforts of Miss McKin and Miss Hu- ber. The third and only other prize ‘was awarded to Miss Jessamine Tar- ver of Gillette, Wyo, The winning essay from every state con! is entered In the na- tional contest and it 1s believed that the essay written by Miss McKin has @ good chance to take the sweepstake honors in the nation. Miss McKin, who resides at 926 ‘West Midwest avenue, is an eighth grade student at the Park school. Miss Clara B. Schutz, principal of the im stitution, announced this morning that the contest winner was a studious child who excelled in many depart- ments of scholastic endeavor. Miss Huber, the second prize win- ner, is a student at Central school, being enrolled in the eighth grade classes. According to the statements of Miss Minnie Eddleman, principal ef Central school, Miss Huber is |mong .those pupils in her classes who excel in scholastic work.
