The Western Blue Print and Phoe tostat Corporation was incorporated in the offices of the Secretary of State at Cheyenne, Wyoming, on January 16, 1922, at 9:05 o'clock a.m “The object of said corporation ts to conduct and carry on the busi- ness of map makers and blue print-- ‘| ers, to make, manufacture, buy and sell blue prints of maps, maps and photostatic copies of the same and to engage in the general business of selling civil engineering sup- plies. The capital stock of said corpora- tion is Twenty-five Thousand Dol- lars ($25,000) divided into Twen- ty-five Thousand (25,000) shares of the par value of One Dollar ($1) each and when issued fully paid and non-assessable, The term of existence. of said corporation is Fifty (50) years. The affairs of said corporation will be managed: by Three (8) direc- tors, who shall be stockholders of said corporation, and the directors of said corporation for the first year are J. B. Boyer, S. E. Boyer and 8, E. Geiger.
