How to Make Good Coffee With Old-Fashioned Pot Favorite | One heaping tablespoonful of Pigeon’s Fres» Roast- ed and Fresh Ground Coffee for each cup and one for the pot. Have your coffee ground’ as fine as coarse granulated sugar. Have your pot hot. Put coffee in the bottom of the pot and pour boiling water on top of the coffee and let come to a boil, not over TWO MINUTES; immediately remove; stir in what grounds may be on top; keep the coffee hot but do not allow it to boil again, and serve as quickly as possible after making. Just before serving add a couple of table- spoonfuls of cold water. There should not be over fifteen minutes between first putting the dry coffee in the pot and your service on the table. If you allow your coffee to boil over two minutes you will have a bitter cup of coffee. We Carry Tea, Spices: Seeds, Extracts, Cocos, Etc. PIGEON TEA AND COFFEE CO. Zattermeister Bldg.
