The affairs and management of said corporation shall be under the control of a board of three direc- tors and the names of the directors of said corporation for the first cor- orate year are Major Ormsby, elen Mar Ormsby and Herman Ms Werner. The principal operations of said corporation shall be carried on in the County of Converse, State of Wyoming, and in any other county or place within said State of Wyo- ming, and also ontside of the state of Wyoming, and within any state. territory, district or possession of the United States, and the princi- al office of said corporation in the Beate of Wyoming shall be Room 400, O.
