Pew was plaintiff and R. E. Frost was de- fendant, commanding me to attach property belonging to said defend- ant, R. E. Frost, not exempt by law. Judgment having been rendered in said action in favor of George H. Pew against sa'd P. E. Frost, for the sum of $1,534.27, together with the sum of $290, attorneys’ tecs, with $6.55 costs. I have at- tached certain lands and tenements beloyging to said R. /. Frost, nut exempt from sale under execution for want of goods and chattels of the said R. E. Frost, to wit: Lot Nuober Two (2) in Blocs Num- tered One Hundred Fi two (152) of the City, formerly Town of Cas- er, Natrona County, State of Wyoming, tituated in said Natrona County, and have caused said lands and tenements to be appraised ac- cording to law at $750.
