CHUGWATER CLOUDBURST CHUGWATER, Wyo., Sept, 9.— Planks and sawn timbers which had been neatly stacked in a lumber yard here were scattered over miles of meadowland along Chugwater creek after the passage of a flood caused by a cloudburst in’ the mountains. Wagons now are working through the meadows, salvaging the lumber. Damage was done by the flood to sev- eral houses here, and to meadows along the creek for many miles.
