BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAy- OR AND COUNCIL oF THE CITY OF CASPER: Section 1. The following terms, Whenever used in this ordinance, unless otherwise specified, shall be deémed to have, and shall be held to include each of the meanings respectively set forth in this section, and any such terms used inthe singular number shall be held to include the plural. Whenever the word “person” is used, it shall be deemed to include partner- ship, firm, company, corporation, and the person owning, controlling or hav- ing charge of a vehicle. Section 44. No trucks or vehicles over two tons in weight shall travel or proceed over any portion or part of any pavement in the City of Casper when the truck or vehicle is fitted with any chains upon its wheels. No tractors or other vehicles in the nature of tractors shall he moved, driven or propelled over any paving or portion of paving in the City of Casper, without first securing special permission for such moving, driving or propelling from the Chief of Police. No vehicles of the size mentioned in this section shall be parked at any time in the congested district. No loaded trucks of the size men- tioned in this Section shall be permitted to use the streets or parts of streets of Casper that would necessitate said trucks passing over the intersection of Center and Second Streets.
