CHEYENNE, April 19.—Engineers of the state highway department and the Union Pacific railroad, are investi- gating the two graded crossings at Ozone and Granite Canyon, west of this city, with ‘a view to ascertaining the cost of work necessary for building overhead crossings. t If these two crossings can be elim- inated’ at a reasonable expense the state highway between this city and Laramie, will in all probability be built, south of the railroad betw two points, instead of north, as now planned.
