This change is on a basis of 15 to 1. The new organization has a capitali- zation of $1,000,000 with 1,000,000 shares at $1 par value. Bringing in of the gusher in the Osage field increased the value of units in the company to such an extent that it was decided to place the company on a share basis, The Casper-Osage syndi- cate has land which includes 80 acres on the same section on which the gush- er was brot in; 320 acres in the north end of the field and a lease on the Osage townsite. A deal was reported closed last week on 320 acres near Pe- dro statin, sauth and east of the well which is said to have proved the field. The company also has several other deals pending.
