Frat Men Perfecting ‘Plans for Organization. Tkirty fraternity men ‘attended a din- ner at the Henning last night given for the purpose of perfecting a per- mnnent organization of the fraternity men of Casper. ‘There are now 68 frat men registered who have signified their Antention of joining the club. Plans Were made tast night for a dinner next week to which all University mén in the city will be invited with the idea of forming a University club as well as the Fraternity organization.
