Philippot of Casper seeks to secure judgment against the Franco-Wyoming Oil Company’ for $10,000 alleged to be due from ‘the ‘cor- poration for services performed, has been transferred from the district ourt of Natrona County to the United States court for the district of Wyoming, on motion of the Gefendant. The suit was dceketed in the federal court Tuesday, Philippot, who is. represented by Nichols & Stirrett and Floya B. Pend@ell of Casper, asserts that after he hud completed prformance of a contract with the Franco-American company the ‘Wyoming manager of the company, C. W. Burdick of Cheyenne, refused to pay him $10,000, which beeame due in July, 1919.
