The Chamber of Commerce is composed of and represents all business and industry of C aaer The Rotary Club is composed solely of business and professional men. En- dorsement of any candidate by these organizations does not mean that such candidates are perfect, but it does mean that the representatives of the business men, the home owners, the tax payers and all other interests most vitally interested in the advancement of our city feel that such candidates will be safe and efficient public officials. It is your duty to vote at the election on November 4, and it is your further duty to see that all voting is intelligent. If you do not know peronally all the candidates in the field it is your duty, as a citizen of Casper, to investigate the merits and qualifications of each candidate in com- parison or contrast with the merits and qualifications of the candidate opposing him. You would -not choose your bank, your social organization, your stores or your pleasures without first investi- gating each of the same.
