The Fargo No. 11 well, started with a 12-inch hole, is down to the Da- kota sand. It is almost certain te be a sure shot for gas and is an off- set to the big gas well in this field. ABSORPTION PLANT IN LANCE CREEK Viz Phe Ohio Oil company is building rption plant which will use bolt process in the Lance ield. It will utilize the gas from the big gas wells and also the casinghead gas. This is the second plant of the kind to be the state, the other being t structed by the Hope ral G company at Cowley, which is using gas from the Byron field. The Ohio has several compressor ating in the Grass Creek and Elk Ba- sin fields, but this is its first ex- periment with the absorption cess by which the gas is to be run thru a lean oil which will absorb the gasoline. This oil is then put thru the regular refining process for taking off the gasoline.
