Watts, who has resigned | from that position efter having per- | formed the duties of referee for sev- | eral years. Mr. Watts expects to de- | yote his entire time to the develop-| ment of his ¥ law practice. He, however, severing his connec- tions with his former work complete- ly, will finish the cases begun prior to his resignation.
