Way ee Phone 903 ood, Announcement of the Lance Creek Syndicate The Lance Creek Syndicate is assembling material and erecting a derrick, on its holdings in Section 15-35-65, in the Lance Creek Field,,and expects to spud in a well not later than the 15th of July. Active drill- ing operations will be prosecuted on this land. In addition to this, material is on the ground, and a camp established on the holdings in the north part of the field. A camp has already been established on the holdings in Section 34, a portion of which is deeded land. The union well on section 22 is now down about 2700 feet, and prospects are very bright for securing production at very little more depth than the Ohio Oil company well on section 3. To secure additional funds to comply with the drilling contracts, trustees have décided to offer, at this time, the remaining issues of the first offering of units to the original! unit holders at $150 each up until July 1st, after which time. they will be available for pur- chase by the general public. Some matters are now pending of importance to this Syndicate, which the trustees hope to announce at an early date. We want the co-operation of every unit holder. All back pay- ments on units purchased at the first offering are now due. These units are subject to cancellation if back payments are not paid by the 15th of July. The new issue of Units and receipts for back pay- ments on old Units can be procured at the office of Geo. C, Swartz, 314 Oil Exchange Building. THE LANCE CREEK SYNDICATE C. H. ANDERSON,. A. P.
