The Trustees closed a deal Wednesday for the entire structure, without a bonus. No more favorable reports have ever been made on a new field by geologists of the large operating companies than have been made on this structure. They estimate the depth to the Dakota and Muddy sands at from 950 to 1010 feet. A strike here would result in tremendous profits. Lands on two sides being actively developed by New York Qil and Carter Oil. ALL TITLES ARE CLEAR—NO CONFLICTS—NO FIGHTS—NO COMPROMISES The Trustees of the Syndicate are WIDE-AWAKE, EFFICIENT, RELIABLE BUSINESS MEN who knew that success could come only thru a CLEANCUT organization, founded on SANE BUSI- NESS principles, with a WELL DEFINED, DEFINITE program. The progress already made has justified their stand. This program and policy willl be adhered to and followed to the end. Material progress has been made. Camp erected, roads built, reservoir constructed, all hauling and deill- ing arrangements made, additional acreage secured and part of holdings sub-leased for immedi- ate development on very favorable terms for the Syndicate. Rig builders left for field Thursday. With everything moving along smoothly, the result of a VIRILE, EFFICIENT ORGANIZA- TION, results should be known by July 1. I strongly urge those who want to invest in an or- ganization where the chance of loss has been reduced to a MINIMUM, to purchase Units in this Syndicate before the balance of the 250 original Units are sold, otherwiser you can expect to pay a PREMIUM if you have to buy them on the ‘street.’ I can now arrange terms if it is in- convenient for anyone to pay cash.
