Williams and Miss Doro- thy Hightower, both well known resi. dents of Casper, were quietly mar- ried at 8 o’clock Friday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wade} Harkness on East Bucknum street, tev. W. H. Bradley performing the | ceremony. Arrangements of the wed- ding were quietly made and none but the most intimate friends of the young couple were let in on the se- cret, The newlyweds were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Harkness. After a short visit with friends in Casper the young couple will leave for Lusk: to make their future home. Pe aes Young Lander Couple Married Here. A lifetime romance culminated happily in Casper last week when Carroll J. Plaisance and Miss Mary Irene Hanscum, both of Lander, were united in marriage by Rev. W. II. Bradley. The young couple left for Denver and other Colorado points, where they will spend a two weeks’ honeymoon. They will return to W: oming to make their home in Lan- der, where both have resided for a number of years. Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Dumm of Cas- per, who attended the young people, were the only friends to be let in on the secret.® se & Mothers’ League Will Hold Ice Cream Social The Mothers’ League will be hosts at the first Ice Cream social of the season Wednesday night hen they stage a big feature at the Army and Navy club rooms to which the public is invited.
