WHEREAS, on the 7th day of} May, D. 1919, there was passed by the City Council of the City of Cas- per a resolution of intention to im- prove by grading and paving, con- structing curbs, and draining the fol- lowing streets: Wolcott street from the south line of First street to the north line of Carey avenue, except that portion where Wolcott street crosses Park street. Durbin street from the south line of Fifth street to the south line of Dover street, except that portion where Durbin street crosses Second street and Park street. Fouth street from the east line of Wolcott street to the west line of Durbin street, rd street from the east line of Wolcott street to the west line of Durbin street. First street from the east line of Wolcott street to the west line of Durbin street. Railroad street from the center line of the alley running north and south thru Block extended north across Linden street thru Block 2 and across Railroad street to the cen- ter line of the alley running north and south thru Block 41 extended north across Railroad street, except that portion where Ra i street crosses Wolcott street and Durbin street. WHEREAS, remonstrances and ob jections to said improvement hav been filed with the Clerk of the C of Casper, and were heard and con sidered by the City Council on the 2Ist y of May, 1919, in the manner and within the time provided by law and said resolution of intention, by the owners of less than half of t property included in the assessment district proposed to be created for the purpose of paying the cost of saic proposed improvement, and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Casper did at the time anc place aforesaid duly consider said ob- jections and remonstrances, and di¢é thereupon overrule the same and de cide to proceed with said improve ment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR DAINED by the City Council of the City of Casper: Section 1.
