City Council of the City of Cas- per met in regularly adjourned ses- sion pursuant to adjournment from May 5th, 1919, at the Council Cham- ber, at 130 North Center street, with Mayor John F. Leeper presid- ing. On roll call, the following were present: Councilman Councilman Councilman T. A. Dean. W. W. Keefe. Perry A. Morris. Councilman W. F. Dunn. Councilman Wm. Kocher. Asa F, Sloane, City Clerk. ABsent: M. L. Bishop. Special committee on Manhattan Cafe bill reported progress. Committee on Public Rest Room and Comfort Station reported pro- gress. Petition for paving Wolcott street south from Second street to City Limits referred to City. Engineer. A resolution presented declaring | the intention of the City Council to create an improvement district to improve by grading, draining, con- structing curbs end paving Wolcott street from the South line of First street to the North line of Carey avenue, except that portion where Wolcott street crosses Park street. Durbin street from the South line of Fifth street to the South line of Dover street, except that portion where Durbin street crosses Second street and Park street; the date of hearing of objections thereto being set for May 21st, 1919. Moved by W. F. Dunn, seconded by Wm. Kocher, that the Resolution of Intention to create an Improve- ment District to be known as Paving District No. 9 be adopted.
