Be it resolved by the City Counci! of the City of Casper, in the State of Wyoming: That the said City Council of the City of Casper, hereby declares its intention to make an improvement by grading, constructing curbs, drain- ing and paving certain streets in the City of Casper, as follows, to-wit: Wolcott street from the south line of First street to the north line of Carey avenue, except that portion where Wolcott street crosses Park street. Durbin street from the south line of Fifth street to the south line of Dover street, except that portion where Durbin street crosses Second street and Park street.
