City Council of the ‘City of Cas- per met in regular adjourned ses- sion pursuant to adjournment of ril 7, 1919, at the Council Cham- at 130 North Center street, with vor John F. Leeper presiding. On roll call the following were present: Councilman W. W. Keefe. Councilman W. F. Dunn. Councilman T, A. Been, Councilman Perry A. Morris. Councilman Wm. Kocher. c. M. Bryan, City Clerk. Absent! Councilman M. L. Bishop. This meeting, called pursuant to notice to receive bids on the con- struction of pavement in Paving Dis- trict No. 6 and Paving Distrist No. 7. The Mayor ordered the City Clerk to open bids on Paving District No. 6. ollowing bids were opened: Warren Construction Co., bid, cash - -------$59,895.20 bid, bonds - -$63,026.70 The following bid was opened on Paving District No. 7: Warren Construction Co., bid for cash —- --$20,141.40 Bid for bonds - 21,053.16 Moved by T. A. Dean, seconded by W. F. Dunn, that the bid of the War- ren Construction Company, on Pav- ing District No. 6, be accepted and that said Company be awarded the contract for the construction of pav- ing in said district.
