Ce | SOCIETY | Former Casper Man Takes Cheyenne Bride The marriage of Miss Nancy } garet Schamp and Sergeant James Renw was solemnized at 8 o’clock last ¢ ng at the Baptist church, John Gray Ross of the Y. M. C. A. at Fort D. A. Russell performing the ceremony The bridal dress was of white geor- gette and taffeta and the veil was held in place with lilies of the valley. The bride carried a bouquet of brides’s roses and frezias. In the bridal party were Miss Florence Harcleroad, maid of honor; Miss y erine Murchind, bridesmaid and William Lee who was best man. Miss Harcleroad and Miss Murchind were gowned in white and carried pink carnations. Mr. Van Ferry was usher, All men of the party were in uniform. Mrs. Mabel Smith played Mendels- sohn’s wedding march and Miss M eae McBride sang “Oh, Promise Following the ceremony the bride’s mother, Mrs. Althea Schamp enter- ined at a reception at her home on t Lincoln Way. The home was decorated in red, white and blue. Miss Schamp is well known in Cheyenne and has many friends among the young people of the city. Mr. Renwick recently was discharged from the service. Before enlisting he was a resident of Casper. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Ren- wich, Hawick, Scotland, and he came to the states about seven years ago. | They will be at home to their friends after March 8 at 518 East Lincoln Way.
