Thru the medium of a | partisan press “‘Doc’”’ has been particularly explicit with respect aS what he ‘would have done” had he been in Senator Warren’s shoes. Osborne has published a statement over his signature alleg- ing ‘certain faults in my senate record and stating what he would have done had he been in the senate. It is easy to ascertain what he did or did not do when in congress. A careful survey of his record as member of the house of representatives in the 55th cengress discloses that during his two years of service as Wyoming’s represen- tative not a single bill that he introduced in that entire fime became a law nor did a single bill of his even pass the house of which he was a member. Furthermore, only three bills introduced by him during his entire service received the attention and report of any committee and not one of them passed.
