V-oolley is presi- dent and general manager, has pur- chased the Powder River townsite for a cash consideration in one of the largest realty deals consummat- ed in central Wyoming in months and under his direction the concern doubt-| less will stimulate activities of the Powder River region to the boom stage. Mr. Woolley is one of the youngest builders but during the time that he has lived here he has become asso- ciated in a managerial capacity with a number of organizations which are playing an important role in the de- velopment of this section of the state and which have forged to the front under manifestly adverse stances. Among other concerns, Mr. Woolley is general manager of the Domino-Wyoimng Oil company, the Lusk Development company and the Midw ern Investment company all of which are in step with the pro- gress that has characterized devel- opments here during recent months. *Altho a resident of Casper barely a year he has become identified with many substantial enterprises. As a member of one of the oldest and most prominent families of Salt Lake city, Utah, Mr. Woolley locat- ed here thru a visit to Casper and thru a letter to Judge C. E. Winter from Governor Syry Among others associated with him in these ventures are Judge C. E. Winter, J. L. Baker, capitalist of Om- aha, and Samuel Oehenstein of Chey- enne, and the fact that Mr. Woolley is the head and manager of the Pio- neer Realty company will be an im- portant factor in carrying its work in that region to a successful con- clusion.
