ANNOUNCEMENT A Casper Company of Casper People For Casper People — A Live New Company, Whose Stock Should Increase in Value Within Thirty Days at Least Several Hundred Per Cent i Don’t think of the other stocks you could have bought when they were first placed on the market, and which you could later have sold out at several jousand per cent increase. We believe you never had a better chance than NOW in the purchase of Red Rose Oil stock at 18c. The Red Rose Oil Company is drilling NOW on one property where they believe they are certain to get oil, and expect within ten days to have another well = down upon a second property, and within thirty days upon a third. ROSPECTUS OFFERING FOR SALE. 400,000 SHARES TREASURY STOCK OF THE RED ROSE OIL COMPANY, A WYOMING CORPORATION CAPITALIZED AT $1,000,000, PAR VALUE $1.00, FULLY PAID AND NON-ASSESSABLE, AT 18c PER SHARE. ; ; Subject to advance in price, or withdrawal from the market without notice. i aahis Prospectus is gotten out for the purpose of raising capital to finance and develop the properties and holdings of The Red Rose Oil Company, con- sisting of over 4000 acres, and all located in the state of Wyoming, in the following districts: 1020 acres in the Government Draw District, Lander, Wyoming, adjacent to, and at present within one mile of, ground having 19 producing oil wells. The farthest well from this property is not over four miles. About 1800 acres on the Buck Anticline, at Lusk, Wyoming. This property is not far from wells being drilled at the present time by the Allen Oil Com- pany, the Ohio Oil Company, Shiloh Oil Company, etc. 1200 acres on Otey Red Rose Dome, six miles northwest of Thermopolis, Wyo. The company has a drill at present working on this property, and feel assured of striking oil within the next thirty days. The closest field at present producing oil adjacent to the Red Rose Dome is the Grass Creek field, which has over 90 producing wells and many more drilling. The Red Rose property that the company is now drilling has been favorably reported on by Clarence L. Moody, of the firm of Douglas & Moody, con- sulting geologists, Casper, Wyo. Herewith are two brief extracts from above mentioned report, showing their faith in the property: : “Red Rose is a dome well adapted to the storage of oil as far as structural conditions are concerned.” » “A test of the structure is well warranted by drilling. Should such a course be followed, a location where the present validating rig is situ- ated would be entirely satisfactory.” As above stated, actual drilling is now proceeding on the Red Rose Dome property, and a rig is being bought now, and will be moved onto the Lander property, and drilling operations commenced there probably within a week's time. All parties that we know of who are familiar with the Red Rose Dome, geologists and practical oil men, express their opinion that they believe the company is almost certain to strike oil at a depth of 600 feet. On the Lander property it is estimated that oil will be struck within 1000 feet, therefore, in the next thirty to sixty days we believe the company will have successfully brought in oil upon both of these properties, but the bringing in of oil on either should enhance the value of this stock many hundred per cent. The officers and directors of the Red Rose Oil Company are some of the most sound and responsible business men of the city of Casper, whose names should be sufficient guarantee as to the merits of the offering of this stock from a speculative and investment standpoint; as they are close to the ground and should know what they are putting their own money into.
