Without a question it looms up in a perspective of the fields of Wyoming as the next big bet. Activity of a kind never before accorded a structure, prior to the actual proving of it, is going on today on the Tisdale dome. Hecla-Wyoming—Jupiter—Western Exploration (two wells )—Tisdale—Tobin (two wells )—Franco Wyoming In- terests—Deltox Wyoming and General Petroleum, are either drilling or placing their material on the ground preparatory to drilling. Tisdale is a dome of magnificent proportions, the drainage or collecting area for the oil is said to surpass any other structure in the state, having, it is stated, over 500 square miles of collecting area. The new discovery of flowing oil at Notches__a much smaller dome__has given a tremendous impetus to an in- terest already keen. The Tisdale well is reported nearing the Embar where, according to Knight, spouting wells may be expected. k HECLA-WYOMING OIL COMPANY Headed by Robt. K. MANAGEMENT OF COMPANY__ The company’s active management is in the hands of Robert K. Staley, of Casper, president of the company. GEOLOGICAL REPORTS ON COMPANY’S LAND To our knowledge not one unfavorable report has ever been made on Powder River Oil Field. Among the better known geologists who have looked over the field are L. W. Trumbull, state geologist of Wyoming; Carroll H. Wege- mane cree are aa and W. C. Knight. r. Knight states in his report that spouting wells may be expected from the Ragen peaniog it q in ag general region. Since his vent was writ- ten the owing well only 25 miles southwest, has EMBAR s OIL BEARING. bee Mr. Hudson in his report stated: “It is certain that there is oil in Powder River Dome . . . . and it is certain that it is but a matter of drilling to determine the quantity and quality and develop the dome int f 1 ioe guesbir andl ; dome into one of the best and largest POSSIBILITIES No company, exploiting unproven oil fields, can be said to be a “‘sure thing”, and Hecla-Wyoming is not so represented. . However, this stock rep- resents in many ways the same opportunities to the investor that G'enrock Petroleum (25c to $8.00), Hall Oil (10c to 80c), Grass Creek Oil and Gas (15c to 90c) and Boston Wyoming (6c to.45e), and a score of others did be- >» fore their holdings were proven. Hecla-Wyoming owns approximately 1,100 acres favorably located inside the escarpment of the great Powder River Dome, and should the field prove productive, as is so confidently expected, Hecla-Wyoming stockholders will” benefit in as great or greater manner than those of any other company operat-- en ECL A-WYO SELLING pd CLA-WYOMING IS NOW (G_AT 7 CENTS PER SHARE Send in your orders today!
