This was the third doubtful on the programme, and now Kyle, like Peffer cf Kansas, must be counted to the democrats in any tariff fight which may be wag- ed. Unfortunately for him,Mr. Dubois is by no means secure of his seat, which is being stoutly claimed and contested by Judge Clagett, who has been since elected by the Idaho legislature, which deemed the seat claimed by Dubois vacant, and so declared.
