Johnson, Minneapolis soap salesman, in a case brought to test application of North Dakota’s motor vehicle license law, will be argued before the state su- men in Minot for failure to register vehicles in North Dakota, were filed in the supreme court Friday. Johnson appealed from a fine of $20 and costs imposed by Judge Joseph J Funke of Ward county for “carrying on business within the state and own- ing and regularly operating a motor vehicle without first registering it in the state.” Christianson said District Judge Daniel B.
