Rules Controlling Rinks Announced Schaumberg to Be in Charge at High School Skating Rink; Schedule Laid Out Rules governing use of all city-main- tained skating rinks and the warming house at the high school rink were posted Wednesday by George Schaum- berg, in charge at the high achool rink. The warming house at the high school rink will be open from 4 to 6 Pp. m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednes- days, Thursdays and Fridays when skating is permitted, and from 6:30 to 9 p. m. for school children and 6:30 to 10 p. m. for adults every day except Friday and Saturday.
