Mr. and Mrs, Andrew Nelson re< turned to their home Sunday after a two-week visit with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Erickson of Bismarck, ———wuw—_—— Today’s Recipe Baked Spaghetti Dinner . (6 to 8 servings) Two-thirds cup butter, 2-3 cup flour, 3 pints milk, 2 sweet -green peppers, finely chopped, 2 teaspoons salt, % teaspoon pepper, 1 small can pimentoes, chopped, 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 6 cups cooked spa- ghetti, % cup stuffed olives, sliced, 1% cups grated cheese. Heat butter, add flour and mix well. Slowly stir in milk and cook: until thickened. Add green pepper and sea- soning. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in pi- mento, hard-cooked eggs, 1 cup of cheese and the spaghetti. Turn into buttered casserole. Sprinkle remain- ing cheese over top, garnish with sliced olives. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) until delicate brown, about 30 minutes. Corn and Green Peppers (4 to 6 servings) One and one-half cups fresh cooked corn cut from cob, 1 green pepper cut in thin strips, 3 tablespoons butter, salt to taste, % cup cream. Heat butter in pan, add peppers end cook two minutes. Add corn and cook 1 minute. Then season and add eream and bring to boil once. It's & wonderful delicacy.
