Rosen is in charge, assisted by Mrs, Harry Bernstein. eek Clara Reidlinger Is Emil Rosenau’s Bride Mr. and Mrs. Chris Reldlinger of Washburn have announced the mar- riage of their daughter, Miss Clara Reidlinger, to Emil Rosenau of Man- dan, which occurred Friday, Oct. 30, in their home. The service was read by Rev. Emil Becker of the Washburn Baptist church. They are Charles Fisher, clerk of court; Fred Swenson, register of deeds; T. R. Atkinson, sur- yeyor; Dr. A. W. Larson, counfy coroner; H. R. Bonny and A. E. Shipp, justices of the peace, and G. E. of Edmund Hartl, 423 Sixth St., who is a brother of Albert V. Harti, deputy tax commissioner. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Herman F, Schaefer of east- ern Wells county, and the bridegroom fs the son of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Hartl of Bremen. The marriage service was read by Rev. J. J. O'Donovan in the presence of a large number of relatives and; friends, The nuptial music included songs by the Misses Helena and Jose- phine Schaefer. A gown of ivory satin-faced crepe and a veil were worn by the bride. Her flowers were an arm bouquet of yellow roses. The maid of honor, Miss Agnes Hartl, sister of the bridegroom, wore orchid crepe with accessories in silver and carried pink and white car- nations, Herman Schaefer, Jr., brother of the bride, was best man for Mr. Hartl. Following a wedding breakfast Thank You Voters of Burleigh County for the splendid vote given me in the general election last Tuesday, assuring me of my second term in office as Sher- iff of Burleigh County. F, Kelach, who was defeated for state's attorney by James M. Hanley, Jr. and the Morton County News, which lost to, the Mandan Pioneer for official news- paper, were returned on the basis of complete returns from Morton county in Tuesday's election. ‘ The Hanley and Kelsch race was. the closest recorded, the former re- ceiving 4,090 votes and the latter 4,- 018. In the official newspaper vote the count was: Mandan Pioneer 4,281 and Morto County News, 3,304. Returned to their offices were: Gena A. Jensen, county superin- tendent of schools, who won over L. C. McMahon, 5,053 to 2,967. E. O, Lidstrom, sheriff, who de- feated John Handtmann, 4,940 to 3,- 274. Lawrence M. Tavis, county treas- urer, who won over John Ferderer, 5,- 665 to 2,053. John Handtmann, Jr., clerk of dis- trict court, who outran G, E, Lang- bein, 4,764 to 3,212. J. H. Noakes, register of deeds, win- pine over Phil N.
