Dramatic highlights include the WRIGLEY'S IS COOLING AND REFRESHING / murder of the tenor before the shocked audience, the chase after the strange lunatic, the episode of the myste- rious Swami, the odd episode of the voodoo charm, and the murder in the dark chamber, ‘Jailbreak’ Picture Has Action Galore “Jailbreak,” the new Warner Bros. mystery melodrama, opens at the Capitol theatre today. The picture, based on a story by Jonathan Finn, is said to be one of the most exciting ever screened, with a gun battle be- tween dope runners and police, a peni- tentiary riot scene, two murders with- ip the prison walls and a jailbreak. Despite its melodramatic flavor, the picture is not without its romance, the love interest being developed between @ star reporter covering the crimes and the secretary of a reformed racketeer, the latter being slain in his cell because he refused to join in a Scheme of dope runners. There is a talented all star cast in addition to hundreds of extras in the roles of prisoners. Craig Reynolds and June Travis have the leading roles while others include Barton MacLane, Richard Purcell, Addison Richards, George E. Stone, Eddie Acuff Joseph King, Joseph Crehan, Mary Treen and Charles Middleton.
