Market Report for Tues., July 21 Many Issues Push Forward to - New Recovery Heights in Bull Market was accomplished by Tuesday's stock market. Despite profit taking handicaps, selected rails, rubbers, mines, farm implements, motors and specialti held gains of fractions to 3 or more points. Utilities and steels were hesi- tant. The close was firm. Transfers were around 1,600,000 shares. The list was at its best in the final half hour. Economic news still provided the principal _stimulent. Non-ferrous metal stocks responded to a lift in copper prices.
