OUTLINES PLANKS IN RAILROAD PLANS i Zuger Tells Lions Western Car- riers Plan Even Better Service in Future Outlining seven major planks in the development of service by the west- jern railroads, Alfred Zuger, Bismarck | lawyer, Monday told members of the Lions club at their weekly luncheon meeting in the:Grand Pacific hotel that the record of achievement is only beginning. The seven main objectives of west- ern railroads, Zuger said, are: Safety, *l economy, comfortable travel, relia- bility, speed with safety, more com: *|fortable coaches and free pickup and delivery of freight in less than car- "| load lots.
