Bearish figures on probable winter wheat production were also a weight ‘on values. For the state of Kansas, the newest current estimate of yield was 131,625,000 bushels. Wheat closed weak, %-1% under yesterday’s finish, May 97%-98, July 86%-%, corn %-% down, May 63%, oats 1s-%4 up, and provision varying from 5 cents decline to a rise of 22 cents.
