D., Dec. 10.—(#)—Survey of the feasibility of an agricultural development project in Williams county was recommended to thg re- settlement administration Monday by the North Dakota state planning board, meeting in Fargo. The project, presented by Walter O. Burk, states attorney for Williams county and secretary of the county planning board, involves the pur- chase of land and construction of ir- rigation devices along the Missotri river bottom. The county planning board recommends the ultimate pur- chase of up to 40,000 acres for grow- ing feed cash crops, recommends dams along streams tributary to the Missouri for water conservation and seeks wells drilled along the Mis- souri bottom lands for pumping sys- tems for irrigation.
