Ask for our All-Butter Bread---accept no substi- tutes. Our Whole Wheat, Rye and Graham loaves as well as all Rolls and The Wonder Loaf are made with All-Butter. Your Individual help will go far to win this bat- tle for better prices for dairy products. Higher price for Butter is the basis of prosperity in North Dakota. Read the letter we received from the Purity Dairy Co.: a JUL PURITY DAIRY COMPANY PURITY ICE CREAM AND BUTTER wae MILK AND CREAM ‘ H. C. SCHULTE Vice President and Manager MANDAN, NO, DAK. July 5,.1932 Bismarck Baking Company, Bismarck, North Dakota. ‘Gentlemen: Att’n: Mr. J. A. Hoffman _ Allow us to congratulate you on using creamery butter in your bread and other products instead of shortening or the so-called substitutes, ‘As you know, there is no substitute for butter. There is something in butterfat that cannot be reproduced in vege- table oil, and the fact that you are using a great quantity of butter would increase the food value of your bread, as but- ter contains Vitamin A which is so necessary for building up and developing the human body. It is, indeed, very gratifying to see a progressive baker come to the aid of the dairymen in using good creamery but- ter in great quantities, and if you continue putting in your orders as you have in the past, I am sure that you will be us- ing tons of creamery butter per month. This will greatly inerease the consumption of butter which consequently will in- crease the price to the farmers for the cream which they sell. ‘ Very truly yours, PURITY DAIRY COMPA NY, H. C. Schulte, HCS: AMS Vice Pres, and Manager Bismarck Baking Company we.'-3:. ee OCIS EGS SOSH EOGSIOSSOSOTH IF ST OS TOSOORDSTOTSOTINIIIIITS TOIT IOTOONOUSUS LLLEVESEE SESS LE DESDE LD EELS GEESE DOSED SOOSSSOSSSS Co: | children, Dennis and Doris, Mr. and | Mrs. J.
