McAdoo’s announce- ment Thursday in Los Angeles of support for the speaker of the house not only put in the Texan's train & man who has been powerful in the party but emphasized the determined efforts of the Garner supporters to shove him into the breach created by the “Stop-Roosevelt” movement.
