The Capital City aggregation, spon- sored by the local Elks club, outhit the fast-traveling visitors 13 to 11 and played a better game in the field, er- ring but once to four times for the Rockfordites. New Rockford took a 4 to 3 lead in the second inning but Bismarck gained a 6 to 4 advantage by scoring three runs in the fourth frame.
