Ghylin and family were dinner guests at the Ole Olson home Friday. {Baldwin} ——————— By MRS, FLORENCE BORNER Richard Rupp has returned to his studies at the Fargo Agriculture Col- lege after having spent the holiday season here with his mother, Mrs. Fredolen Rupp. Joe Poole left for his studies at the School of Science at Wahpeton the fore part of the week after vis- iting here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Poole, over the holidays. Miss Grace Falkenstein has resum- ed teaching school in Morton county after a two weeks’ vacation here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Falkenstein. Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Gehrke and family, who have been residing in the residence owned by E. A. Fricke for a number of years, will move into the house owned by Seth Strand- emo at an early date. Mr. Strandemo is repainting and redecorating the} | interior of the house at this time. Miss Mabel Anderson and brother, Richard, have returned home from a week’s visit with relatives in Bis- marck, A number from here motored to Bismarck the past week to see the ruins of the state capitol. The fire which destroyed the capitol was plainly visible from here, Rev. Fred Christ held services in the local Presbyterian church Sun- day afternoon. He will conduct ser- vices here every four weeks from now on, Rev. Christ is pastor of the Wilton Presbyterian church, Mrs, Otto Hogue and children spent several days of the past week at the home of relatives in Bis- marck, Mrs. Nick Eckness has returned to her home in Hurdsfield after spend- ing several weeks with her sister, Mrs. William Gilbertson, and family town. Mrs. Eckness had also been ing with other relatives and friends in Burleigh county. Misses Emma and Agnes Rupp, who have been spending the vaca- tion period in Baldwin, have re- turned to their home in Bismarck.
