q Miss Lundquist to Be December Bride Miss Martha Gertrude Lundquist, daughter of Mrs. O. Lundquist, Mason apartments, who will become the bride of Henry Olness, Madison, Wis., in the near future, was complimented at a miscellaneous shower given last evening by Mrs. L. Rubin, at her home, 522 West Thayer avenue. The evening was spent in hemming towels and in writing letters of advice to the bride-to-be, the letters to be opened on various occasions. 1 A red and green motif was carried out in the decorations of the rooms and the refreshment table, which had a basket of poinsettias for a center- piece and was lighted with red tapers in green holders.
