LOST SEVEN YEARS __ London—After seven years, Victor Roberts, 35, is back in England, after wandering all over the world suffer- nig from a loss of memory. He was riddled with bullets and gas at Galli- poli during the war, and was believed dead. He was found by his brother in Kent, riding a bicycle.
