Supreme Bench Hears $4,800 Damage Appeal The appealed suit of Mary Schlink- «jet against Francis Jaszkowiak, both of Bismarck, in which a district court jury here awarded Miss Schtinker $4,800 as damages for injuries in- flicted by the defendant’s truck, was argued before the supreme court, Thursday.
