Miller and Miss Audrey Flow entertained at a kitchen shower last evening at the home of Mrs. Miller, 608 Fifth street. Bridge, played at Sour tables, was the pastime, and hon- ors in the games were held by Mrs.! Katherine Might and Miss~ Winona Dewhurst. Dolls, dressed to represent brides, centered each table when a course luncheon was served. Later Miss Bleth opened her gifts, which ‘were selected to harmonize with the green color scheme chosen for her Kitchen. eee Instructors in the Saturday School of the Air, radio school conducted by the state department of education in North Dakota over raido station WDAY, by Miss Bertha R. Palmer,! have been named for Saturday. Miss Palmer again will be the first speak- er, using as her subject “Poems for Mothers’ Day.” Mrs. Hazel Falley, campfire girls’ executive, will speak on “The Am Girl,” and Adelaide Laurie of the home economics depart- ment of the North Dakota Agricul- tural college will speak on “It Pays to Look Well.” * * * Mr. and Mrs. John Hoffman, 410 ‘West Thayer Avenue, accompanied by Mrs. A.
